My Story

Educated in the Saint Louis Public School System and a proud graduate of O’Fallon Technical High School, Mrs. Taylor’s academic journey took an unconventional path. She embarked on her college education later in life, displaying remarkable determination and commitment to her goals. In 2017, she achieved a significant milestone by earning her Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the prestigious University of Phoenix.

What is the recommended age to play the game?

The game is recommended for players aged 12 and older. Players should be able to perform basic mathematical computations.

What is the object of the game Flip That House?

The object of the game is to make savvy real estate decisions as a real estate investor.

If the game is ended prior to a Flipper accumulating One Million Dollars in cash and assets, how is the winner determined?

The first player or team that reaches $1,000,000 in cash and assets combined (based on the ARV amount of each property) will be the winner of the game and the Ultimate Flipping Mogul.

What happens if multiple players reach $1,000,000 at the same time?

The Flipper who has the highest amount of assets in cash and property would be deemed the Winner and the Ultimate Flipping Mogul.

Are all taxes paid to the collector of revenue? And where are collected taxes held?

All taxes are held under the game board under the Collector of Revenue space. If a player lands on that space during their turn, they collect money held by the Collector of Revenue.
